All statutory/mandatory/role essential training MUST be completed within 3 months of commencement of post. 

Please note that all new employees must attend Moving & Handling for New Starters and not the refresher or update sessions.

It is the employees responsibility to ensure they stay compliant. Both managers and employees have obligations with respect to mandatory training.  Wilful failure to comply with the legal and contractual mandatory training requirements may be deemed as misconduct and subject to investigation.

Elearning can only be accessed when at least 1 face to face session has been attended in that particular topic with the exception of Information Governance
