The session will give you an introduction to what Mindfulness is and explore using technique in daily life. The workshop will be interactive and provide attendees a starter’s guide to practice Mindfulness. Further details can be accessed via the registration link below.
Two 3 hour sessions are being offered as taster sessions with the aim of further in depth sessions to follow for those who are interested to further develop and practice the technique. You are only required to attend one taster session. Those who have previously attended introductory sessions need not attend this, however can participate in the in depth programme to be rolled out late Spring.
