St Josephs Hospice: Beginning (& Ending) the Conversation

  • Newham Centre for Mental Health Cherry Tree Way, Glen Rd, London E13 8SP United Kingdom (map)

Good End of Life care requires that individuals are actively involved in planning and contributing to their own care.

As a society we often do not discuss death or dying openly so having conversations about this with our patients can feel challenging.

The aim of this 1 day workshop is to increase people’s confidence and willingness to have these conversations with patients and their families in order to provide a high standard of end of life care.

The workshop will consist of a small number of participants who will be supported to think about and talk about this topic in a safe environment.
