Good End of Life care requires that individuals are actively involved in planning and contributing to their own care.
As a society we often do not discuss death or dying openly so having conversations about this with our patients can feel challenging.
The aim of this 1 day workshop is to increase people’s confidence and willingness to have these conversations with patients and their families in order to provide a high standard of end of life care.
The workshop will consist of a small number of participants who will be supported to think about and talk about this topic in a safe environment.
