With funding from Health Education England, the CEPN in partnership with Tower Hamlets Council, McMillan Cancer Support and Tower Hamlets CCG have run a series of multidisciplinary workshops titled ‘Cancer as a long term condition: Having conversations that count’.
The aim of these educational events were to explore a wide range of ways that cancer can impact on a person and how different professionals can best work together to address these needs. Workforce members from a wide range of professionals took part including primary and community nursing, social care, mental health, social prescribing, allied health professionals, pharmacy, the voluntary sector and more. We are pleased to make available the video presentations and the slide deck from the programme so more people benefit from this. With thanks to the delivery team led by Dr Tania Anastasiadis, Becky Driscoll and Zereen Rahman-Jennings.
