Course Aims/Objectives

Appraisal is a considerable investment in terms of time and resources for practices. This interactive workshop will provide managers with the skills and tools to reinvigorate their process to ensure that it achieves tangible objectives. The workshop will provide guidance and paperwork to support create appraisals including team based appraisal and using a 360° approach.

Learn how to create and implement an appraisal process that motivates the team and gives a clear development plan to take the practice forward. Designing paperwork, getting the team interested and carrying out productive meetings - it's all covered in this interactive, one day course that will help you meet the CQC requirements. By the end of this workshop managers will be able to:

  • Establish individual targets

  • Identify individual needs and produce their personal development plans
